Talent Silver Membership

We are passionate about the wellbeing of our members and their families, so we are bringing you access to the Talent Scan Wellness Program, an industry first!  This program consists of a number of wellness assistance services available to all Silver Members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

The monthly membership fee is only R59 per month! and you get all these wellness assistance services, worth over R25 000 per annum, with it!

All members have access to their wellness assistance services through a dedicated emergency call centre line and a team of professional case managers who are available to answer your calls, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!

Trained emergency medical personnel, including paramedics, are available 24 hours a day to provide general medical information and guidelines. This is an advisory service only, as a telephonic conversation does not permit an accurate diagnosis

Annual limit is unlimited.

This service is to assist you getting TO SET or home FROM SET when your transport has failed you OR if you are not able to drive your own vehicle.

  • We will ensure that you are picked up and arrive home safely.
  • If you cannot drive your vehicle, we will send 2 drivers to drive you home safely.
  • All drivers are professional, speak English and carry a public driver’s permit.
  • Each trip is capped at R400 rand, so any additional costs incurred over and above this will be for a member’s own account.
  • Bookings MUST be arranged between and for the following hours:
    • Mondays to Thursdays: 17:00 – 01:00
    • Fridays: 15:00 – 03:00
    • Saturdays: 16:00 – 02:00
    • Sundays: 16:00 – midnight
  • The service is available within a 40km radius of the main CBD (city centre).
  • Ad hoc or last-minute requests will be accommodated to the best of our ability with a maximum expected delay of 90 minutes.
  • This service is subject to the availability of a standby team at the time of the request.
  • Pre-bookings for public holidays need to be made before 17:00 the day before the public holiday.
  • At the specified time and location, the call centre will notify you that the pick-up driver has arrived, at which time you will have 15 minutes to meet the driver.
  • After 15 minutes, the call centre will notify you that the pick-up driver will be leaving, and the trip will be cancelled, and will be deducted off your annual total
  • Cancellation and rescheduling fees:
    • Two hours before booked collection time: no cancellation fee
    • One hour before booked collection time: one trip will be deducted off your annual total.
  • Any trips booked above this limit will be for your account at R9,50 per km.

Annual limit is six (6) trips per annum per member.

This service is a crisis management tool to assist in the event of a hi-jacking, armed robbery, or home invasion. The service may be activated once the incident is reported to the nearest SAPS and members have obtained a case no, we offer the following:

  • Stolen Cellphone: A new phone pre-loaded with airtime to the value of R200.
  • Stolen Vehicle: A group B car hire vehicle will be arranged for 48 hours.
  • Stolen Credit Card: A pre-loaded debit card to the value of R300 will be provided.
  • Stolen Keys: A locksmith will be sent to a member’s home to assist with replacing locks, up to the value of R1000 per annum.
  • Hi-Jacking or Home Invasion: In this case a security guard will be placed at a member’s home for 24 hours.
  • Stolen ID, Drivers License or Passport: Members will be provided with all the application forms from Home Affairs.

Annual limit is one (1) incident per annum per member.

  • Wellness Assist gives members access to help address problems associated with emotional well-being, relationships, and productivity. The solution helps address the high rate of mental illness recorded, so instead of struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, suicide, or PTSD, talk to us.
  • Parenting Assist facilitates advice and supports parents’ needs where they can speak to a registered teacher, therapist, or counsellor. This service empowers parents to understand, help handle, and deal with their children’s behavioural, developmental, and learning issues.

Annual limit is to the value of R5 000 per annum per member.

Trauma Assist deals with any type of traumatic experience that often involves a threat to life or safety by debriefing it first. Trauma is defined as “severe emotional shock and pain caused by an extremely upsetting experience” which comes in many forms such as divorce, death, accident, mugging, armed robbery, rape, car accident, illness, failing an exam, losing your job or home – the list is endless. In the unfortunate event of any traumatic incident, assault, or experience, we provide you with the following benefits:

  • Access to any type of trauma counselling and related services post the traumatic event.
  • Providing telephonic trauma counselling for any traumatic incident, experience, or assault.
  • Access to our 24-hour emergency call centre, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
  • Further follow-up personal, Face to Face trauma counselling can be arranged.
  • Further referrals to a team of highly specialized Mediators or Attorneys as a result of the traumatic experience will be done within 24 hours through our direct Network.

Annual limit is to the value of R5 000 per annum per member

  • Legal coaching is our unique legal coaching option that addresses real concerns upfront before approaching the legal system. We empower individuals that are not familiar with the legal system by establishing whether they require legal advice. If legal advice is the required course of action, our attorneys will step in, or we will recommend our mediation services.
  • My legal hand and bail assist offers an immediate professional solution for police bail that assists the arrested party and their family with the formal process by paying the bail amount and closely managing the outcomes. We alleviate this often-stressful situation.

Annual limit is two (2) incidents per annum per member.

The process of mediation is a legal process of guided negotiation, where parties in conflict attempt to negotiate a resolution of their dispute, aided by a mediator. Settling disputes through mediation, saves money, eases the court load and, more often than not, leaves parties better off since it ends the problem and not the relationships.

  • Divorce & Family Mediation where the mediator helps to clarify issues and explore areas of compromise to resolve the dispute with no need to battle it out in court.
  • Workplace Mediation is a voluntary legal alternative that you can use to resolve potential labour conflict that occurs in many types of relationships at work.
  • Commercial Mediation in South Africa, there is a substantial scope for commercial mediation as a key solution for businesses to resolve their commercial disputes.
  • Medical Mediation helps when going through the litigation process as this can be unnerving for both doctors and patients.
